Charlotte began her career in London, working closely with design and creative agencies before relocating to Singapore in 2013. After building experience across international markets in Asia, she launched VDV Search in 2020 - bringing an international perspective to agency hiring and connecting diverse talent across markets.

In 2024, Charlotte relocated to Amsterdam, expanding VDV Search’s European footprint before returning to London working across global markets.
